Description of the file:
This section is a calculator for use in gauging current population and
total income production.
You can see what your population and income would be based on varying tax rates.
You can get current population limit, labour force and hero salary numbers right off your information panel.
If you are building/upgrading your cottages you can figure what your new population limit will be based on how much is gained for that upgrade.

Nice guide but wont your troops be starving most of the time.

This is a guide, so if you need more of one thing over another then yeah change it up a bit.
